MJDD project assessment
Our website does not wait for an inquiry - it starts the conversation
When you started a conversation on our website, you used exactly this system. Instead of a contact form, a visitor describes their situation in a short conversation and gets an assessment within minutes - and we arrive at the first call prepared.
Situation
We had the same problem we see with clients: a website that looks nice but does nothing (the cobbler's children have no shoes). People would browse the portfolio, maybe send an inquiry, and the first meeting would start from zero - who are you, what do you do, where does it hurt. We decided to change the game and build something modern and innovative.
Bottleneck
A contact form says too little. Two sentences of inquiry do not tell us whether a project is a fit, and the visitor learns nothing about how we think. Nor do they see the quality we deliver. The result: meetings that go nowhere and time wasted on both sides.
What we built
We built a homepage that starts a conversation right away. The visitor describes their situation or problem, and the system asks the questions an experienced consultant would ask. At the end they get a clear view: where the biggest potential is and the next sensible steps. Then they can book a free 15-minute call on the spot, phone or video.
Outcome
Client conversations now start with richer knowledge of the problem they want to solve. Before the first call we already know the situation, the bottleneck, and the expectations - so 15 minutes really is enough to agree on the next step. The visitor does not just leave an email in a form; they walk away with a concrete opinion on their project.
Detail
The chat is clearly labelled as an AI system following our assessment scenario - nobody pretends Marta and Jure are typing live. And one important boundary: the assessment is not free consulting. It opens the conversation; architecture and project planning belong to a later phase.
