Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the mjdd.hr website and the project assessment chat. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.
1. Service provider
The service is provided by MJ Digitalni Dizajn, obrt za digitalni marketing, vl. Jure Zadravec, Ulica Stjepana Mokrovića 8, 10291 Marija Gorica, Croatia (OIB 94939370319, MBS 98298330). MJDD is the public brand of the business.

2. Service description
The project assessment is a free, informational tool for structured project intake. The assessment result does not constitute a build contract, a binding offer, or a guarantee of price or timeline. Detailed planning, specification, and delivery are part of a separately agreed, paid project phase.
3. AI system and transparency
The conversation is driven by an AI system following MJDD's assessment scenario, using an external AI provider. Jure and Marta represent how MJDD works; they do not reply live in this chat. System responses may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Final decisions about any engagement are made by people.
4. Contact data and communication
By entering your email address, company, and optional phone number you agree that we may contact you about your assessment and a potential project. Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to:
- enter unlawful, offensive, or harmful content,
- attempt to bypass security measures, send automated requests, or overload the service,
- enter other people's personal data without authorisation,
- use the service to send unsolicited messages or for purposes unrelated to project assessment.
We reserve the right to moderate conversations and to temporarily or permanently restrict access in case of abuse.
6. Intellectual property
Site content (texts, design, logo, case studies) is owned by MJDD or used with permission. Reproduction or distribution without prior written approval is not permitted, except as allowed by law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the assessment are provided "as is". We aim for accuracy and availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, completeness of the assessment, or that the assessment covers every project risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJDD is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the site or reliance on the informational assessment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, nor does it reduce consumer rights under applicable regulations.
9. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page with a new update date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules for consumers.
